Litia taught me that food is more than just nourishment — it’s a way to celebrate culture, bring people together, and carry on family traditions. I started this food truck to honor her legacy and share a piece of that warmth with the world.

At Litia’s, every dish is made from scratch using traditional Guatemalan recipes passed down through generations — from savory shucos to fresh tortillas and vibrant antojitos. We serve each plate with pride and the same love that filled Litia’s kitchen.
